IMPORTANT NUMBER PLATE REGULATIONS!
3-16-2009
everyone must have their numbers sorted out for round 2. from that point on, a racer with incorrect number configurations may not be scored in the race.
everyone listed with a number plate warning in the results were not scored correctly at some point in the race. from now on, you may not be scored. your number configuration must be clear, precise and conform to your class regulations. remember, your number must be visible to the course workers form 50 feet away, at speed, in the dust and in a group of people.
Just so you are aware, most of the time involved in doing results is going through and finding the people who were scored incorrectly, or not scored at all, due to bad numbers.......letters that can't be seen or in the wrong place, wrong color backgrounds etc.... it takes about 10 hours, hundreds of pictures and involved research to track all this down. we could get results out days sooner if we all get this sorted out.
